MODEMLESS NETWORK DEVICE MANAGEMENT

Cellular Broadcast (CB) is a multicast technology presently embedded in the operating standards all generations of global Mobile Operator Networks. But, to capitalize the operational and cost benefits of mobile multicast distribution required the development of a second generation operating system and marketing model that reflects the reality that mobile multicast syndication is strictly a mobile operator service. The second generation cell broadcast enabled Pull Portal operating system is designed to facilitate generation of commercial multicast traffic by providing mobile operators and syndication clients a more economical solution for delivery of M2M data and messaging content. The use of pull-data scan technology eliminates the need for client-dedicated gateways to authenticate and aggregate content as data never leaves the client servers. The elimination of the gateway allows the platform to serve multiple clients while maintaining full sovereignty and control of the data. It also allowed multicast technology costs to be amortized over the entire client base. The single portal onramp model serving all networks is an essential element as it eliminates cross network competition which historically has diminished mobile industry margins.
